Fill in all the required fields for each registration page for the group order.
Click the "Add Another" button to enter another faculty member. Please do not click
the "Add Another" button if you are not adding another faculty member to the group
order.
Click on the "Finished" button when you are finished entering all faculty members
for the group order.
If you clicked "Finished" and you see any pink blocks, this will indicate that there
are required fields that were not filled in. Click on the block to edit.
All required fields need to be filled in before you can click the "Finished" button.
To remove unwanted blocks, click on one of the completed blocks and click the "Remove"
button on the unwanted block(s).
ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS
You will receive two emails once your rental is complete.
1. The first email is a confirmation from "Gaspard" which contains payment information.
If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation.
2. The second email is from "Build A Grad" and contains all the necessary details
regarding your rental. Your rental ID will be in this email.

REGALIA PICK-UP AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please arrive 45 minutes prior to the beginning of the ceremony and collect your academic regalia before proceeding to Simcoe Hall. Regalia can be collected in Myhal Centre for Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MY), 55 St. George Street. Follow the signage for Faculty/Staff.
Regalia can be returned in Myhal Centre for Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MY). Follow the signage for Returns.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations for refund must be received before October 25, 2022 at 11:59 pm EDT.
Cancellations for refund will not be accepted after this date.
Please note that Gaspard can provide black gowns for all, but hoods only for those
with a University of Toronto degree (we cannot provide hoods for degrees earned
from other universities). To purchase hoods from other universities please visit
our website www.gaspard.ca or call 1.888.949.5730.
