Rental Instructions
REGISTER ONLY ONCE. If you would like to make changes to the registration please call 1-800-683-4771 Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. MDT to 3:30 p.m. MDT or email [email protected].
Pricing Details
Visa, MasterCard, Visa debit, and Discover credit cards are accepted for payment method. Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit requires correct billing address for AVS (Address Verification Security).
Online: $30.07 + tax
On site: $100.00 (tax included)

The email will be from Build-A-Grad. This is your order confirmation which contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation request must be received before May 8, 2025 at 11:59 pm Refunds will not be accepted after.
Regalia Pick-Up and Drop-Off Instructions
Spring 2025 Convocation:
Graduands are to arrive one and a half hours before the ceremony to pick up regalia, parchment(s) and to line up for the procession. The graduand assembly area is in the University Hall Atrium.
For security reasons, do not bring purses, wallets, backpacks, laptops or any valuable items to the grad assembly area.
Regalia drop off will be at the Bookstore after the ceremony. Please follow signage outside the track & zip up your gown prior to returning it.
Important: Gaspard has scanned your rental items to your student ID. All rental regalia must be returned after your event. Unreturned items will be reported to your University or College and you will be charged for the regalia up to $800 depending on your degree.
