Ordering Details

Please have your nine-digit student ID number, height and weight, and credit/debit card ready before placing your registration. Visa, Visa Debit or MasterCard are accepted for payment.

Pricing Details

Ceremony ticket, including regalia:$105 + tax

Deadline for registration: Monday, Feb. 10, 2025 at 11:59 pm


Email Order Confirmation Details

You will receive two emails once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once — if you would like to make changes please call us at 1-800-683-4771, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm (MST) or email us at [email protected].

The first email will be from Gaspard. This is your payment receipt.

The second email will be from Build-A-Grad. This is your order confirmation and includes detailed information about your gown order.

Please ensure you bring a digital copy of this form, which will be attached to your confirmation email, for gown pick-up.


Order Cancellations

All cancellations for refund must be received before Monday, Feb. 10, 2025 at 11:59 pm Refund requests will not be accepted after.


Guest Tickets:

The number of guest tickets is subject to each ceremony. You must go to Ticketmaster to reserve your guest tickets (clickable link will be available in your confirmation email).

Gown Pick-Up Location:

All registered students must select a timeslot for gown pickup. Gown pickup will take place at Macdonald Hall located in the Heritage Hall building on February 25 and 26. You will receive a link to register for a gown pick-up timeslot in your confirmation email.


Important

Backpacks/ bags/ purses are not permitted in the auditorium; coat check will be available. Please leave your hand bags and cellphones with your guests.


Gown Drop-Off Time and Location:

Gowns, vee stoles and/or hoods must be returned to the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium designated area on the main floor within 45 minutes of the ceremony completion.
