Please have your Student ID Number, credit/debit card, and credit/debit card's billing address ready before placing an order. Visa debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards are accepted for payment. AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address (address line 1 and/or postal code) for Credit/debit Card customers.

The deadline to rent a gown is Friday, May 9, 2025 (by end of day). Prices increase for on-site rentals. Please have your credit card and student number on hand before beginning your order.

Regalia Prices

Online: $40.00 (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, Visa Debit cards)

Onsite: $55.00 (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, Visa Debit cards)

Email Order Confirmation Details

You will receive two emails once your rental is complete.

1. The first will be from Gaspard this contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be onsite in your name.

2. The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

Cancellations

All cancellations for refund must be received before May 9, 2025 at 11:59 pm. Refunds will not be accepted after.

Regalia Pick Up Instructions

Pickup your regalia 90 minutes prior to your ceremony - please check-in at Science Building, East Atrium at the university's north campus location. Bring your student ID card and a copy of your confirmation - in print or on your mobile device.

Regalia Drop Off Instructions

You must return your regalia. There will be one drop off location after the ceremony in Shawenjigewining Hall.
