Fall 2024 Convocation will take place on Monday, 2 December 2024.

Ordering Details

Please have your credit card, student number, and ceremony date and time on hand before beginning your regalia registration.

Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard, and Discovery credit cards are accepted for payment method.
Address Verification Security (AVS) requires correct billing address for credit card customers.

REGALIA PRICES

ONLINE RENTAL PRICE (TAX INCLUDED): $45.00

ONSITE RENTAL PRICE (TAX INCLUDED): $60.00


Email Order Confirmation Details

Once your registration is complete, you will receive two emails as follows:

1. The first will be from Gaspard which contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be prepared with your name for pickup.

2. The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

To pick up your regalia, you will need to bring a printed copy of the above email or have a copy saved on your mobile device.

Order Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be received before :Online ordering is now closed. If you missed the online registration deadline and would like to rent a regalia, you may still do so on the day of your ceremony for a higher cost. Please see Regalia Pick Up and Return Instructions below for more details.. Refunds will not be available after this date.

Regalia Pick-Up and Return Instructions

No online orders will be accepted after the deadline but for an additional fee you may be able to pick up a gown at the regalia pick up venue (limited quantities available).
