Ordering Details

Gown Sizes: You will be asked for your height and weight in order for you to receive an appropriate gown. Please be honest.

Online Payment method: Please have your credit/debit card ready before starting your order. Visa debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards are accepted. Address Verification Security (AVS) requires correct billing address for credit/debit card customers.

Prices

Online: $20.00 (Tax included and payment by credit card or Visa debit)

On Site (day of ceremony): $50.00 (Tax included and payment by credit card or Visa debit)


Email Order Confirmation Details

You will receive two emails once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.

The first email is from Gaspard. This is your payment receipt.

The second email is from Build-A-Grad. This is your order confirmation and will contain your RENTAL ID and ORDER ID, this is proof that your order is complete. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, etc.

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations must be received before May 16, 2025, at 11:59 p.m..

Convocation Details

Please use your nine digit student number starting with 100 as shown on the image below.

Note: Your name must appear on the Potential Graduate List before you are able to order your gown and associate hood. If your name doesn’t appear on the list, or is spelled incorrectly, contact Registration Services at: [email protected]
Students attending a regional campus ceremony must check with the campus directly regarding their gown and associate hood.

Regalia Pick-Up Time and Location

Morning Ceremony:
8:00 AM - Students pickup gown for ceremony outside the auditorium
8:45 AM - Students must be inside the auditorium lined up with their class
9:30 AM - Ceremony start time for guests

Afternoon Ceremony:
12:30 PM - Students pickup gown for ceremony outside the auditorium
1:15 PM - Students must be inside the auditorium lined up with their class
2:00 PM - Ceremony start time for guests


Regalia Drop-Off Time and Location

Return regalia to the tent outside the auditorium after the ceremony.
