|Please have a credit card, your student ID, the name of your degree, and ceremony date and time ready before beginning.|
You can verify your ceremony date and time on ACORN. Please note that you may only attend the ceremony at which your degree is being conferred.The gown rental ID that we provide (see below for details) is required to process your RSVP and guest ticket order in ACORN.

|We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and prepaid credit cards.|
|You will receive two emails once your rental is complete.|
|1. The first email is a confirmation from “Gaspard” which contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation.|
|2. The second email is from "Build A Grad" and contains all the necessary details regarding your rental. Your RENTAL ID (5 digit alpha numeric) will be in this email. This is the number you will need to process your RSVP and order guest tickets.|

|Regalia can be collected two hours prior to your ceremony at University College, 15 King's College Circle, Room 183 (Croft Chapter House). Please note that regalia will be onsite in your name on the day of your ceremony.|
|Please return regalia immediately following your ceremony at Room 183 (Croft Chapter House) in University College or to the ‘express drop off’ location in Convocation Plaza (tent just in front of Convocation Hall).|
|All cancellations for refund must be received before October 24, 2016 at 5:30 pm EST. Cancellations for refund will not be accepted after this date.|
