Note: We will endeavour to fill your regalia requirements as ordered. If requested hood is unavailable, the best possible substitution will be made.
Spring Convocation Details
UNB Saint John campus will celebrate its 51st Spring Convocation ceremony on Friday, May 29 in the G. Forbes
Elliot Athletics Centre at 3 p.m.
Regalia rentals are available from March 16 to May 15, 2026 before 11:59 p.m. Faculty and staff participating in
the Academic Procession are required to reserve regalia during this time period.
All convocation information can be found at www.UNB.ca/graduation.
Degrees in the Faculties of Arts; Science, Applied Science and Engineering; Business and School of Integrated
Health will be awarded.

Order Confirmation Details
When your order is complete, you will receive an email from Build-A-Grad which contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number, and, if applicable, cancellation information.
The academic regalia will arrive on site in your name.
Regalia Pick Up Instructions
Faculty and staff may pick up their rental gowns, caps and hoods on Friday, May 29 between 11 a.m. and 1:15
p.m. from K.C. Irving Hall, Room 106.
Regalia Drop Off Instructions
Gowns, hoods and beefeater caps must be returned immediately following the ceremony to K.C. Irving Hall,
Room 106. Regalia not returned will be charged to the renter.
Cancellations
Rental cancellations must be received before May 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Cancellations are not permitted after this date. Please contact Gaspard's customer service for any order changes prior to May 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
