Encaenia Details
UNB Fredericton campus will celebrate its 197th Encaenia ceremonies on Wednesday, May 27 and Thursday,
May 28 in The Richard J. CURRIE CENTER.
Regalia rentals are available from March 16 to May 15, 2026. All faculty and staff participating in the honour guard are required to reserve regalia during this time period.

Order Confirmation Details
When your order is complete you will receive an email from Build-A-Grad which contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number, and, if applicable, cancellation information.
The academic regalia will arrive on site in your name.
Regalia Pick Up Instructions
Gowns, caps and hoods will be available for pick up from the Alberta Alumni Recreation Centre, first floor, The
Richard J. CURRIE CENTER, prior to your ceremony:
Ceremony A - Wednesday, May 27 between 7:30-9 a.m.
Ceremony B - Wednesday, May 27 between 12-1:30 p.m.
Ceremony C - Thursday, May 28 between 7:30-9 a.m.
Ceremony D - Thursday, May 28 between 12-1:30 p.m.
Regalia Drop Off Instructions
Gowns, hoods and beefeater caps must be returned immediately following the ceremony to the Alberta
Alumni Recreation Centre, first floor, The Richard J. CURRIE CENTER. Faculty and staff participating in more
than one ceremony may return the regalia immediately after the final ceremony. Regalia not returned will be
charged to the renter.
Cancellations
Rental cancellations must be received before May 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Cancellations are not permitted after this date. Please contact Gaspard's customer service for any order changes prior to May 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
