Location: RBC Convention Centre, 375 York Ave, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

REGALIA PRICES

Online: $40.00 taxes included. We accept Visa, Visa Debit & MasterCard Online.

(Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for Credit Card customers)

If you absolutely cannot place an order online, please visit a Student Service Centre at Notre Dame Campus, D101 or Exchange District Campus, P104 to place an order.

Onsite: If you miss the rental deadline to order your cap and gown and would still like to attend, please arrive at the RBC Convention Centre an hour and a half before your ceremony. The cost is $60.00 – We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and prepaid credit cards.

ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS

You will receive two email order confirmation forms once your rental order is complete. Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device.

1. Will contain your ORDER NUMBER and bank transaction information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The rental regalia will be onsite in your name.

2. Will contain RENTAL and ORDER NUMBER. This is proof that your order is complete and paid in full. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick-up, drop-off, etc.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations for refund must be received before May 24, 2024 at 11:59 pm (CST). Refunds will not be accepted after this date.

REGALIA PICK-UP TIME AND LOCATION

Regalia can be picked up from HALL D, RBC Convention Centre 1.5 hours before the start of the ceremony.

Hall D is on the 3rd floor of the south building.

RENTAL REGALIA DROP-OFF TIME AND LOCATION

Drop-off regalia in Hall B of the RBC Convention Centre. Regalia must be returned immediately following your ceremony.
